Terms and Conditions for Booking a Performing Arts Workshop Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your workshop. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Booking Confirmation * Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your booking. 1. Payment * Full payment is required at the time of booking. 1. Refund Policy * Refunds are only available if requested at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled workshop date. * Refund requests must be made in writing via email to whattheatreco@gmail.com * No refunds will be given for requests made less than one week before the workshop date. 2. Transfer Policy * If your child is unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your booking to another date, provided there are spots available. * Transfer requests must be made in writing via email to whattheatreco@gmail.com * Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original workshop date. * If there are no available spots on the requested new date, the original booking remains in effect. 3. Workshop Changes and Cancellations * What Theatre Company reserves the right to change or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrolment. * In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop date. 4. Participant Responsibilities * Participants are expected to arrive on time. * Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop instructor for their safety and the safety of others. 5.
